Strandflickorna's Havshotel & The sea cabins
Directions: By plane
Landvetter Airport in Gothenburg GOT (approx. 130 kilometers) or Trollhättan-Vänersborg Airport in Trollhättan (approx. 70 kilometers ).
By bus - it´s easy to reach us by bus - about every other hour a bus from Gotehburg arrives outside Strandvillan
From Gothenburg take “Lysekilsexpressen” (bus no 841), it takes about 2 h.
From Oslo, take the “E6 express” and change bus in Torp/Uddevalla or Munkedal.
Once in Lysekil, jump off the bus at “Havets Hus” bus stop right beside “Strandvillan”.
To get to “Strandflickornas Havshotell” from this bus stop, you just cross the sea aquarium “Havets Hus”, then follow Turistgatan and you will find the hotel – a red, wooden villa only 250 meters away.
By car
From Gothenburg; follow the E6 north and pass the village “Ljungskile”, then over the “Sunningebron” bridge. When You reach “Torpmotet” (96) follow the signs towards Lysekil/ferry and route 161 over the Gullmarsfjord. The ferries are free and run every 20 minutes from early morning, after 20.00 they depart more rarely (about 1 time / h). If You pass the “Torpmotet” (96) during night it might be better to continue north to “Gläborgsmotet” (101) and choose route 162 towards Lysekil.
From Oslo; Follow the E6 until You reach “Gläborgsmotet” (101) , choose route 162 and you will reach Lysekil within about half an hour.
In the village of Lysekil: follow the road straight ahead in all crossings and roundabouts until You reach “Strandvillan” at Strandvägen 1. To get to “Strandflickornas Havshotell”, just pass “Strandvillan”, follow the signs and You will reach the hotel, a red wooden villa only 250 meters away.
