An apartment with a perfect location for both summer and winter activities. In the summer, it provides a starting point for the Kungsleden and Drottningleden hiking trails, while in winter, you can easily access the ski street. It is also within walking distance of the Högfjällshotellet and its amenities.
The apartment is located on the upper floor with a loft. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and living room with access to a large balcony and a walkway along the house. There is a fireplace. Two bedrooms are on the lower floor, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed (140 cm lower bed). There are two bathrooms on the lower floor, one with a shower and one with a sauna. The loft area consists of one bedroom and a lounge area with a sofa and two single beds.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and coffee machine.
Four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): One double bed
Bedroom 2 (ground floor): Bunk bed with a wide lower bed (140 cm)
Bedroom 3 (loft): Two single beds
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: Toilet, shower, and sauna
Bathroom 2: Toilet
Bathroom 3 (loft): Toilet
Other amenities:
The kitchen and living room are part of a spacious open area with access to a large balcony. There are TVs in both living rooms and one of the bedrooms. Sonos sound system. There are also two extra mattresses in the loft area.
Upon arrival, you will receive an email with more specific information about the rented apartment. Guests are expected to leave the accommodation clean and tidy by 11 AM on the day of departure. An inspection will be conducted after check-out, and if the cleaning is not approved or if there are damages, a minimum fee of 2500 SEK will be charged.
Note: All our cabins and apartments have a minimum age requirement of 25 years for all members of the party, except for families. Identification is required at check-in.
