Hotel | The property is one of the emblematic places in the village of Vanvey. Located in the heart of the National Park of hardwood forests between Champagne and Burgundy and close to many tourist sites, it is a part of an imposing 19th-century property comprising two independent villas which benefit from a park planted with century-old trees and enclosed 17,400 m² without opposite, with a capacity of 10 people each.

The Villa 1892 is an important bourgeois house, known as a master’s house. It owes its name to the date of its construction visible on its fronton. Its period architecture is typical with its bricks, cut stones, decorations, mouldings and woodwork, completely renovated with taste and know-how.
You will find all modern comforts in a revisited Belle Époque atmosphere.
On the ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room and toilets. Living room with marble fireplaces and insert, wood is offered. Large lounge/dining room of 35m2 with wood panelling and 4 panoramic windows opening onto the grounds of the property. Nice ceiling height giving volume and elegance to the whole. Laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Separate WC with a basin. Large laundry room including washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor: 1 bedroom with 160 × 200 bed, Queen size and private shower room (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). One bedroom with 160 × 200 bed, queen size and private bathroom (bath, sink and toilet). One bedroom with 1 bed 160 × 200, Queen size and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 × 200 and two bunk beds 90 × 190. Walk-in shower room with sink and toilet to share between these two rooms.
Geothermal heating, wood for the fireplace and electricity are included, as well as cleaning, household linen, bed and toilet. Cot, high chair and baby bath upon request.

—The Villa des Promenades is a house with a rare architecture in Burgundy. It benefits from 140m2 and is historically complementary to the Villa 1892. It was a dependency on it. Today, it is independent and shares the same park. It owes its name to the Promenades near the property and lined with 600 linden trees that are included in the additional inventory of Historical Monuments (other sites are classified as Historical Monuments in the village).
On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with reception table and rear kitchen including laundry, washing machine and dryer.
Living room of 32m2 crossing with many French windows to enjoy among others a beautiful protected terrace without opposite, with views of the countryside and the surrounding forest. Quiet and serene atmosphere. A chimney stove brings conviviality and serenity to the place. Wood is free.

On the upper floor: 3 independent bedrooms served by a sheltered corridor of colonial style including 2 bedrooms with bed 160 × 200, Queen size and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 × 200 and 2 bunk beds 90 × 190.

The fully preserved property also includes a vegetable garden, an orchard, a greenhouse, a dovecote, a kennel, a bread oven and an ice-house, all of which originated at the end of the 19th century and which will be quickly renovated with care.
